Richard Delisser is a global technology executive operating at the intersection of AI, engineering, and commercial scale. As Vice President of Engineering at Cisco, Richard is rewiring how one of the world's largest technology companies operates by driving AI-native engineering practices that eliminate friction for Cisco's engineers and ultimately improve Cisco's partner and seller experiences. Prior to joining Cisco, Richard served as Chief Digital Officer at World Kinect, where he led the company through a complex technology modernization program, including large-scale cloud migrations, platform consolidations, and digital integrations across multiple acquisitions. Earlier in his career, he held senior technology leadership roles at Suncorp in Australia, overseeing global engineering teams and enterprise simplification programs, and contributed to technology strategy at Disney and Foreign & Colonial in London. Richard is recognized across the industry as a practitioner-executive who builds cultures where innovation, operational excellence, and human-centered collaboration aren't just aspirational values, they're how work gets done. He holds an MBA from Queensland University of Technology and speaks regularly on AI adoption, engineering culture, and the future of the digital enterprise. When he's not building at Cisco, Richard is an instrument-rated private pilot, a pursuit that has honed his ability to navigate complexity under pressure.
